Bash Group arshipping Lines launched journey on the day of 1st January 2006. It started to work as ship management company on this very day. We are optimistic to manage all types of vessel like bulk carriers, container carriers and chemical tankers. Overall shipping is on developing stage entered into agreement with all oil companies carrying their oil products from main depot to various destinations as per requirements of the Country.

SHIP BUILDING

The world we live in is changing rapidly and so are the challenges of shipbuilding. After 500 years once again, Bangladesh has entered into international shipbuilding by signing contract for building Ice Class Ocean going vessels for European buyers.

Our journey began as a small shipbuilding company in 2011. With the constantly changing world economy and business orders, we have successfully entered the Global Shipbuilding Industry. I must say that it would not have been possible without the whole hearted dedication of the professionals and experts that we are proud to have at Macca Marine Ship Builders.

Over the years we have perfected our shipbuilding standards. Because we understand that no matter how skilled our human resources are- in the end it is firmly established management system that puts everything in a synchronized motion that matters. This system is exactly like the rudder on a ship; no matter how much you look after the vessel's other moving parts, you may end up lost at sea. We are now ready and all set to ensure world class shipbuilding standards and customer satisfaction through quality and timely delivery.

SHIP BREAKING YARD AND RECYCLING CENTRE

To support the construction industry in Bangladesh by providing cheaper alternate to imported finished steel products in form of structural steel and semi finished steel in form of billets by way of direct use of plates and sections recovered from the discarded ships and providing raw material as melting scrap for the production of deformed bars and light Sections, IMS Group Group by adopting the concept of recycling has set up a ship breaking yard In the year 2008 at Chittagong, under the company now known as Macca Ship Breaking Yard and Recycling Centre. The company has capacity to handle and cut the ships of a total approximately 1,50,000 M. Tons every year to recover steel both in form of reusable steel plates sections as well as steel melting scrap apart from lot of valuable items including diesel generators, furniture and metals like copper and aluminum. The facility is stretched in an area of 20 acres of land and providing employment to approx. 1000 people including casual labor.

IMPORT

IMS Group regularly imports OIL Tanker, Hatchery Equipments, Chemical, Rice Etc. We have imported 7 Oil Tankers from Japan.

Bunker Supply

International Marine Service : is leading Bunker supplier and ship’s stores suppliers, purchasing contractor (vendor), maintaining ship’s repairing, maintenance of main engine, remove / dispose the water mixed oily sludge, garbage etc. in our territory managed by qualified and experienced personnel’s. We are the pioneer of Bunker and Provisions supplier in Chittagong port and try to support our valued customer maintaining quality service and quality product. We are engaged with our world renowned customers Monjasa-As, Denmark, Fartelli Cosulich HK Ltd, Cosco (Bangladesh) Shipping Lines Ltd etc.

Provision Supply

Fishing

IMS Deep Sea Fishers is a unit of IMS Group, engaged with deep sea fishing with 2(Two) Shrimp Trawler/vessel and exporting on-board frozen Ocean Tiger Shrimp/Sea Fish to the abroad.

Shrimp Hatchery

Macca Hatchery : For supporting to Shrimp Culture in Bangladesh, Macca Hatchery, a sister Concern of IMS Group, engaged with artificial production of shrimp fry for a long period.

Hotel Sea World is a Star Residential Hotel situated at virgin beach and longest sea beach in the world, Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh which another sister concern of IMS Group.
